All our products come with a minimum 12 month limited warranty but many products come with extended warranties of up to 25 years. Products with warranties outside of the standard 12 months will have their warranty displayed on the product information page. Some products may have part extended warranties where the chair frame is guaranteed longer than the seat and in all cases feet are excluded from an extended warranty.

Our lead-times are estimates based on information provided to us by our suppliers and the average time it takes for us to deliver. It might be possible to get a quicker delivery or suggest an alternative product on a shorter lead-time. Winscombe Furniture spend a lot of time constantly reviewing prices to make sure we are always offering the best prices. In the event that a Customer finds the same item on any other current Business to Business website, we will match that price subject to the following conditions:

  • The price match promise must be claimed before placing your order
  • We do not provide refunds for orders which have already been placed or delivered
  • We will need the quote showing the quoted price from our competitor
  • The item price must be displayed at the time of the check
  • The item price must be available to any business customer
  • The item price must be for the same quantity, model and spec
  • The item price must include equivalent delivery and administration costs where applicable
  • The item price must be from a valid UK VAT Registered business

We like to be transparent and honest about our delivery costs. We could have offered FREE delivery and hidden the cost by hiking our prices,  So instead we just ask for a contribution towards our deliveries based on your order value:

For delivery to the Scottish Lowlands & Highlands, Grampians, Shetlands, offshore islands, Northern Ireland, or countries outside the UK, please contact us, as an extra delivery cost will apply, this will be agreed at the time of ordering

The majority of products are fully assembled before leaving the factory. However, others do require minimal and easy assembly, in which case these products will include a set of assembly instructions.

We take security seriously and we use 2048bit SSL encryption to safeguard the information you transmit to us over the internet. Our Payments are fully PCI compliant so no payment details are stored by us.

During checkout you will be given the opportunity to provide us with information that will effect the delivery of your order. This might include but not limited too building closures for holidays, site access or low bridges. As standard we offer one man ground floor, pavement level deliveries only, delivery requirements outside of this will require separate quotation by our sales team. You will also be given the option to choose a preferred delivery date which were possible we will try and accommodate and  sales@winscombefurniture.com delivery is made to the rear of the vehicle, a team of people will be required to assist in offloading the vehicle.

NO, all prices are exclusive of VAT

YES,  VAT is applicable on all loose furniture items.

However, the only exception to this rule is, if you are in possession of a VAT Exemption Certificate which clearly states and refers to those items to which you are purchasing.

At Winscombe, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your furniture, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Our policy allows for returns within 5 days of the delivery date as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer service team at sales@winscombefurniture.com or 01623 427 596 . We will provide a refund for the purchase price minus any shipping fees. Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to charge a minimum handling fee of 35% of the value of the goods for items returned when orders are placed in error or just simply just not wanted. Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and Sales Of Goods Act are unaffected by this

Yes, the fabrics offered by Winscombe Furniture are Fire Retardant, with a minimum standard of Low Hazzard (Crib 2) or Medium Hazzard (Crib 5), which are generally suitable for the contract market industry 

You can return unused Internet purchases by emailing us within 5 days of receipt, as long as the goods are unused, un-assembled, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to charge a minimum handling fee of 35% of the value of the goods for items returned when orders were placed in error or not wanted. This will be deducted from any refund given. Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and Sales Of Goods Act are unaffected by this. Please refer to our T&Cs for full details.
