Metalliform 2000 Skid Base Poly Chair forms part of the wider 2000 range of classroom chairs. This UK designed and Manufactured chair has passed EN 1729 parts 1 & 2. Available with or without seat pads, 10 bright and vibrant seat and 12 frame colours. Easy stacking up to 6 high.

Just like its standard counterpart, the Chair 2000 is an extremely strong skid-based chair that provides unrivalled posture support in a classroom with its all-encompassing frame design. This chair is designed for use within multiple environments, such as the secondary and further education sector, music rooms, café, conference facilities and healthcare.

Design

The Chair 2000 is designed with unrivalled posture support. The frame supports both the shell and back to limit its movement, meaning it won’t recline when students lean back, or become misshapen after years of daily use. Because of this, the well-defined lumbar support is always enforced, creating a healthy posture that prevents both present and future back problems.

There are 10 different shell colours available to choose the look that best suits your space, matches your school colours, or creates a colour code for each table.

Construction

Each chair is constructed from polypropylene – an easy-cleaning, hard-wearing material that can withstand frequent use.
The Chair 2000 use a carefully modified 4-legged frame that retains the classic look of a classroom chair whilst supporting the entire undercarriage, this construction is much more durable and supportive of heavy weight.
The frame has also been designed to support the shell at the rear to prevent reclining, with some ‘give’ at the upper back to increase comfort. This construction lets students confidently sit back without the risk of falling, whilst benefitting from the same comfort and posture of the standard Chair 2000 without compromise.

We like to be transparent and honest about our delivery costs. We could have offered FREE delivery and hidden the cost by hiking our prices, So instead we just ask for a contribution towards our deliveries based on your order value:

For delivery to the Highlands, offshore islands, Northern Ireland or countries outside the UK, please contact us.

Return Of Goods

You have 5 working days after receiving your order in full to notify us in a written format that you wish to send the goods back to us for a full refund. Goods can be returned if they are unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition and If you are unable to arrange a return courier yourself, we can arrange this, but as a cost to you. Please be aware that the cost will be deducted from your final refund.

This does not apply to Made to Order products which may NOT be returned
Items which require self assembly may not be returned if unassembled and in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to charge a minimum handling fee of 35% of the value of the goods for items returned when orders are placed in error or just simply just not wanted. Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and Sales Of Goods Act are unaffected by this.
