Five stars is just not enough! From first contact Paul was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. In the nicest possible way I was a VERY demanding customer (sorry Paul 🙂 ). I needed delivery of chairs that required a tight turnaround for an imminent stakeholder meeting. Numerous calls were made, due to hurdles my end, nothing phased Paul. From the get go, he pulled out all the stops to look for a similar product, as the one I originally ordered wasn’t in stock, called me back to suggest an alternative, that we ended up purchasing. The delivery was seamless also, with the chap making contact on route. The chairs are very high quality, to be honest sturdier than we envisaged, and look good too!
