Great furniture, good value, good service
We needed 140 wooden padded chairs for our church. After looking at several companies Winscombe were chosen on the basis of price and quality. They were always quick to respond to questions and emails, gave us a useful discount for early payment, produced the chairs ahead of the original time estimate, but were happy to work with us on delivery date when our building scheme was running late. The chairs arrived well packaged and undamaged and we are very pleased with the build quality and comfort. On the basis of our experience we have subsequently gone back to Winscombe for other items (pew cushions). Excellent service!
Would highly recommend this company for furniture especially if you are a community hall or a charity
Just wanted to add a very late review for Winscombe Furniture. we were looking for 10 replacement plastic topped tables for our village hall. I came across Winscombe Furniture whilst searching for suitable tables. They were selling the same MOGO square tables I had found online and cheaper than I could purchase elsewhere. Paul was great responding to my initial enquiry and kept me in touch with the delivery process. Unfortunately the first delivery was one table short due to stock levels but this soon arrived to make up the compliment. Would highly recommend this company for furniture especially if you are a community hall or a charity
Ordered 150 chairs at fairly short notice but Paul and his team at the factory bent over backwards to meet the deadline. Very happy with the product and the service from both Paul and the factory team and would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again in the future.

All our initial enquiries were dealt with swiftly and professionally, and Paul even visited school with a sample of our shortlisted Chapel Chairs from which we made our final selection. I ordered some new chairs for our Townswomen's Guild meetings and Paul was very patient and helpful. The chairs are ideal for our church hall and are much lighter to lift than the wooden ones we had before. very good quality furniture! We were struggling to find some good quality outside bar stools until Paul was able to supply a number of options. We have now taken delivery of our 4 new outside bar stools and they are perfect for our commercial use. We will defiantly be using again!

Five stars is just not enough! From first contact Paul was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. In the nicest possible way I was a VERY demanding customer (sorry Paul 
). I needed delivery of chairs that required a tight turnaround for an imminent stakeholder meeting. Numerous calls were made, due to hurdles my end, nothing phased Paul. From the get go, he pulled out all the stops to look for a similar product, as the one I originally ordered wasn't in stock, called me back to suggest an alternative, that we ended up purchasing. The delivery was seamless also, with the chap making contact on route. The chairs are very high quality, to be honest sturdier than we envisaged, and look good too! We are a Methodist church in the East Midlands and we have used Winscombe Furniture three times, so pleased have we been with the product and the service. Our original stacking chairs lasted over 20 years and were much used but have recently been replaced by more Winscombe chairs.
